Earlier today, we were proud to join National Rifle Association Institute for Legislative Action (NRA-ILA) State Director Travis Couture-Lovelady as he presented former Kansas State Rifle Association President Patricia Stoneking with the highest award the NRA-ILA bestows; the Distinguished Advocate Award.
