On Monday, May 20, your Kansas State Rifle Association President Travis Couture-Lovelady and Executive Director Moriah Day accepted the Outstanding State Association of the Year award from the National Rifle Association at the NRA’s Board of Directors meeting in Dallas, Texas.
Executive Director Moriah Day thanked KSRA members following the presentation of the award, “Your support of the KSRA makes us one of the most effective state level gun rights organizations in the country. Being named as the Outstanding State Association of the year by the NRA demonstrates to the rest of the world what we’ve known for years — that our grassroots activists, supporters, and volunteers are some of the most active and engaged 2A-advocates in America. Just as we have done for many years, your KSRA will continue fighting to defend your Second Amendment freedoms and promote the shooting sports for generations to come.”
